Loved our stay here for the holiday weekend! The hotel is beautiful. Staff are all very kind and professional. Our room with the balcony was very nice. The steam room in the ladies' spa area was down for the entirety of our visit, and they were closed on Monday. That's the only complaint. Thanks for a nice stay!

Absolutely the best stay I’ve ever had at a spa hotel in the VA area! The balcony is such a nice touch! It smells amazing in the courtyard area as well as throughout the hotel. Very cozy! The bed slept AMAZING! Will always return in the future.

Awesome experience! 10/10. Staff is wonderful, room is a great size and very clean, having a balcony was so nice, and the food is delicious. Hospitality starts when valet kindly welcomes you and parks your car and when we got to our room, the staff brought up wine and a cheese platter. Which is so appreciated after a long road trip! This will be our go-to hotel when visiting Alexandria. Location is awesome! Walkable to everything but far enough from the crowds .

Excellent location in walking distance to the attractions and shopping of Alexandria. I had a great stay, and the customer service was excellent. Have to give it 4 stars for not refilling the nespresso or reminding me that I could request a robe. I talked with a front desk guy about it and Robes are available on request. If you ever stay there and want a robe, ask for one. Otherwise very nice place with excellent restaurants attached.
